Dr hab. n. med. Adam Broncel
Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Dr Broncel is a graduate of the Medical University of Lodz and postgraduate studies in Berkeley, CA, USA. He obtained his PhD in the field of neuroscience. He is conducting international research projects in experimental neuroscience.
Dr Tamir Ben David
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Dr Ben David has more than 18 years of top-level management experience in medical device development and venture capital, including Orad, BioControl, BSP, OB-Tools, Virtual Ports and IHCV. Dr Ben David has filed more than 90 medical technology patent applications. Dr Ben David holds a PhD in physics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Eran Shor
Cheif Technology Officer (CTO)
Eran is a seasoned R&D executive bringing more than 25 years of experience in the multidisciplinary medical device field. Eran was previously VP R&D in Xact Robotics developed a precise robotic insertion of instruments to the desired target in the body, VP R&D in Neuroderm, develops a drug-device combination product for Parkinson’s disease, Chief Executive Officer of PerfAction Technologies, VP R&D at GI-View and more. Eran holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Mateusz Broncel
Senior Software Engineer
Mateusz is a professional with a solid academic background in Electronics and Telecommunications, holding a BSc from the Technical University of Science and Technology AGH in Cracow, followed by an MSc in Information Science and Technology.
Mateusz has specialized in developing medical software programs leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Mateusz has also a proven track record in managing high traffic web portals, having contributed to platforms like otoprzychodnie.pl and wp.pl.
Agnieszka Jarecka
Project Manager
Msc at the University of Lodz, Faculty of Management and Marketing, has more than 10 years’ experience in management of R&D international projects. Since 2016 has managed three startups projects from Israel in life-science sector, which have received EU grants. Responsible for cooperating and negotiating with strategic partners and creating policy of the company, involved in all operational and financial activities .
Dr n. med. Magdalena Krawczyk
Psychologist
A graduate of the Faculty of Educational Sciences with a specialization in Applied Psychology in Łódź, and postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw. She obtained a doctoral degree in medical sciences from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Łódź. A psychologist, psychotherapist, academic English translator, and author or co-author of scientific publications. For the past 17 years, she has been professionally associated with the W.S. Sz. Dr. Wł. Biegański Institute.
Karolina Michoń
Psychologist
A graduate of the University of Lodz, a psychologist with 15 years of experience in diagnosing and conducting tests on cognitive processes in patients with neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders.
Wojciech Białecki
Project Engineer
A graduate of the Lodz University of Technology from the Faculty of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and Automation, specializing in Biomedical Engineering. Has experience in the field of medical electronics as well as processing medical images and biometric signals.
Joanna Weterle
Project Manager
A graduate of the Higher School of International and Diplomatic Studies in Łódź, with a master’s degree in international economic relations. An Office Manager with extensive experience, possessing in-depth knowledge of companies operating in the R&D sector. I am well-versed in matters related to EU grants.

Prof. Elinor Ben Menachem

Dr. Ben-Menachem serves as Director of the Epilepsy and Neuropharmacology Clinical Research Program at Sahlgrenska University Hospital and the Editor-in-Chief of “Acta Neurologica Scandinavica,” She received the 2017 Lifetime Accelerator Award. The award is distributed annually by the Epilepsy Foundation and given to people who have shown a lifelong commitment to obtain new treatments for people living with epilepsy
Prof. Michael Davidson
Consultant
Prof. Davidson has published over 350 articles in peer reviewed journals in the area of Psychiatry and of Alzheimer’s disease. Previously he was Department Chairman at the Tel Aviv University and Chief Editor of the European Neuropsy- chopharmacology journal. He is currently Chairman of the department of psychiatry at the Nicosia University medical school, the President of the Alzheimer Center in Israel
Prof. Jan Konopacki
Consultant
An expert in the field of neurophysiology at the Faculty of Neurobiology at the University of Lodz. He has also worked as a professor of neurology and visiting researcher at the University of Calgary, Canada. He is the author or co-author of over 190 publications. His research focuses on neurodegenerative diseases and brain oscillatory activity.
